Instinctual Skill Applied

Page 9.

Skill and instinct are connected

in both moments and flow of time.

Skillful action can become instinctual.

Applying skill to purpose can be incidental,

unplanned, or range from loosely to

specifically intentional.

When you grow a team, you may be

both generally intentional and specific

for outcomes you seek and how the team

brings those outcomes.

Brief reaction to transcribing this page.

After reading this page to transcribe it I feel reminded of playing roleplaying games with friends as a teen and young adult. And during that same timeframe playing music together with small groups. Each situation caused a deep resonating feeling for me. I think it comes up again at least once in the upcoming pages. In either case I will need to explore this idea some more, think of specific emotions in particular moments and write it out.
