Drawing With my Kids and Art for Kids Hub
Working from home while my two kiddos are going to school remotely has been something. Pandemic ufda. One of the fun highlights is when my 7yo instigates a family drawing session.
Sometimes she facilitates the whole session. I think she learned some of that creative workshop facilitation from both Kate and me. I think she also learned not just drawing tips but teaching style from videos she's using in art class lessons for school from Art for Kids Hub.
Whether she facilitates or we watch an Art for Kids Hub Video together, it's a good time of chatting about choices and noticing how each of us drew or added color to the drawing. Here are a few of their video lessons we've enjoyed drawing with:
