Rob's Sketchbook - Young Lady Martial Arts Student

Happy Friday! It's a fresh page from my sketchbook, starring a young lady who happens to be a martial arts student.

She may remind you of Akane Tendo from Ranma 1/2, if you're familiar with that anime. In a way, this sketch has her essence baked into it. I was watching Ranma 1/2 the other day and instead of doing a pause the DVD for 5 minutes sketch, I just waited for an interesting moment then closed my eyes for a few seconds. Then I sketched what I felt I saw.
